We are seeking 4 part time Accounting Clerks. The Accounting Clerk performs a variety of general accounting support tasks in the accounting department including:Verifying the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records.Update and maintain accounting journals, ledgers and other records detailing financial business transactions (e.g., disbursements, expense vouchers, receipts, accounts payable). Enters data into computer system using defined computer programs (SAP)Compile data and prepare a variety of reports.Reconciles records with internal company employees and management, or external vendors or customers.Recommends actions to resolve discrepancies.
The Inventory Distribution Clerk will work on the maintenance of the company’s product master file and inventory levels for all of the stock present and any future titles in the Warehouse. Their major duties will give an overall view of the stock management process and the workings of a warehouse. While the day to day duties will vary the basics will be to maintain the integrity of the inventory levels for all stock. Trade Bindery Shipments – recording inventory in the Vendor Sites and follow up on the due dates for shipments coming from the Vendor/Bindery directly to the Customers. Title Update (i.e.., Title Status Chgs, Price Chgs,Pack Size Chgs, Answer Date Chgs,etc). Reconcile Consigned Inventory to Monthly reports. Analyze stock receipt report for correct information. Process requests to reduce inventory through the destruction/hurt system. Research titles and request ot/Price checks from the Warehouse personnel. Conduct in-depth title research and special projects as ssigned by the Manager. Provide back up on the following jobs as needed: Stock Receipts, Frozen Stock Report, Adding/Duplicating Branch Plants, Back up for label approval, Special Projects, etc.High School Diploma or equivalentProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word and OutlookExcellent verbal, written and organizational skilllsAbility to muli-task

We are seeking professional and motivated Customer Service Representatives. This position is the company's first line of contact with our customers. The candidate will answer inbound calls and accurately input all necessary information into the data base. You will assist customers in a professional and courteous manner and input all overnight claim reports in a timely and accurate manner.Job Qualifications:Position Qualifications• High School Diploma or equivalent. • 2 + years Customer Service or call center experience. • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus. • Microsoft Office Suite knowledge is essential. Training schedule for the first couple of weeks will be 9:00am-5:30pm. After training the schedule will transition into a 10:30am-7:00pm shift.
