Phil Amend, Vice President
Phil is an accomplished Vice President with more than 30 years of experience in business development, human resources, recruiting and staffing. He is licensed in Life and Property & Casualty Insurance and well-versed in all aspects of human resources consulting and leadership. Phil earned a Bachelor of Science in Sociology with a minor in Urban Development from Wittenberg University.
Susan Hosage, MS, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, Senior Consultant
Susan has been a Senior Consultant with OneSource HR Solutions since 2009. She partners with a variety of companies to identify opportunities for improved compliance, operational performance, and growth. She specializes in employee relations, goal setting, performance management, communications, leadership training and development, and HR strategy.
Susan’s career experience includes pension administration, operational and HR leadership, strategic planning, infrastructure development, and specialized human resources assignments with local, national, and international companies, including Prudential Financial, Commonwealth Telephone Enterprises, Frontier Communications, Astriva, LLC, and Jack Williams Tire Company.
Jeffrey Weisenberger, Claims Manager
Jeffrey has been a member of the OneSource HR team since 2000. He has significant experience advising and managing all facets of risk management and health & safety. His expertise includes developing policies and procedures, starting and enhancing safety committees and tracking workers’ compensation claims to reduce risk and associated costs.
Jennifer Kase, HR Generalist
Before joining OneSource HR Solutions in 2018, Jennifer gained more than 20 years of experience in the Human Resources field. She is well-versed in many aspects of Human Resources, including recruitment, employee dispute resolution, leadership training, policy development, and labor law compliance. Jennifer brings experience in the healthcare, insurance, and staffing industries, where she managed all aspects of the employment process.
Jennifer Lamoreaux, Benefit Administrator/Leave Management Specialist
Jennifer joined the team in August 2015. As our Benefit Administrator, she is responsible for new hire benefit meetings, leaves of absence, 401K enrollment, claims resolution, and HRIS setup. She brings special expertise on leave management, including FMLA, and, at the onset of the pandemic, quickly championed the development of COVID-19 policies for clients to help them navigate the continually changing regulations and CDC recommendations.
Prior to joining OneSource HR Solutions, Jennifer worked for Elite Group Consulting and Blue Cross of NEPA as an Account Support Representative, gaining invaluable experience in the health insurance and benefit broker industries.
Jessica Barbose, Payroll Specialist
Jessica brings more than 30 years of payroll and accounting experience to her role. She’s been a critical member of the OneSource HR Solutions team since 2018. Jessica handles payroll processing, tax compliance, and staying up-to-date with evolving payroll regulations so our clients don’t need to. She is meticulously detail-oriented and takes pride in delivering seamless outsourced payroll solutions for our clients.
Kim Coolbaugh, Payroll / Bookkeeper
Kim has been a member of the OneSource HR Solutions team since 2014, primarily in the capacity of payroll processing and payroll tax resolution for multiple clients. In addition, Kim sets up new payroll client accounts on the many platforms we offer. She also has the primary responsibility of handling our client accounting work and projects. With her deep experience in account reconciliation, generating P&L statements, bank account audits and overall commitment to accuracy, we know she’s the right person for the job.
Linda McCracken, Enrollment Specialist
Linda has been a member of the OneSource HR Solutions team since 2018, primarily in the capacity of Enrollment Specialist. She is responsible for enrolling, updating and terminating members from our clients’ benefits systems. Linda is in charge of making sure terminated employees receive their COBRA packets and all related information. She assists with 401K Retirement Plans and is a friendly, approachable member of our team who is always ready to help.
Nichole Urso, Payroll and HR Administrator
Nichole has been with OneSource HR Solutions since 2022. Her main focus areas are in both Payroll Processing and Human Resources within multiple platforms. She is also experienced in accounting, billing and additional areas of finance.
